Shake well before use. Hold product 2 - 3 inches away from shoe and spray desired amount into the shoe. Allow to dry and go about regular use. Use as often as needed. Best used on a daily bases before and after use of shoe. This bottle of shoe deodorant contains 125 ml / 4.2 oz of liquid mist.
